We have our own dedicated delivery team at Trade Furniture who will plan your delivery date and time slot and contact you directly to confirm that the date and time are acceptable. Your delivery will be within 10 working days for stocked items and you will receive at least two days notice for delivery and a 1-3 hour time slot. We deliver from 06:00 and up to 18:30 Monday to Friday with some Saturday deliveries. Our drivers can call you 45 minutes before delivery if required.
The driver will bring the furniture into your house and unpack it for you in a ground floor room of your choice, we will take the packaging away with them so all you are left with is a beautiful piece of furniture (drivers are supplied with disposable shoe covers to protect your carpet, please ask if required). Our highly trained driver’s work on their own so we can continue to provide an excellent delivery service at the lowest possible price.
If furniture needs to be taken upstairs or is very heavy, we may require assistance and cannot take responsibility for any damage to walls or rails whilst taking furniture up or downstairs.
All items needing assembly such as dining tables and beds will be fully assembled by the driver.
When your furniture is unpacked please take the time to check that you are happy with it before signing the delivery note as cosmetic damage cannot be rectified following delivery, this does not affect your statutory rights. In the rare event of a problem please make the driver aware and they will leave a comment on the delivery note for the customer service team to follow up. Alternatively, the driver may try to perform a repair in your house if the damage is small and cosmetic. If the driver is unable to repair the damage there and then, they may decide to bring it back to the warehouse for our professional carpenters to work their magic.
If you have any questions about your delivery or the process involved with your delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us and one of our helpful customer service staff will be happy to help.
